Texas College Student Drove Drunk and Killed Young Dad and Unborn Baby
A Texas State University student pleaded guilty on Monday to driving drunk in 2016 and crashing into another car, killing the man inside and his unborn child.
Shana Elliott, 22, was charged with one felony count of intoxication assault with a vehicle and two felony counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle. Source
So if you drive drunk and are responsible for the death of an Unborn Baby, you are charged with Felony Intoxication Manslaughter! Also if you are not Drunk but are distracted or for some other reason have an accident that kills an unborn baby, you can be charged with vehicular homicide.
So how is it that hundreds, maybe thousands, of Babies are Murdered Daily in abortion mills around the world and it is a woman’s choice?
If you go to the store to buy Meat, don't run to the Milk section or the Junk Food aisle looking for it!!
