Exploding the Transgender Myth
The Trump administration is finally bursting the bubble – a bubble full of hot air, falsehoods, and nefarious social agendas.
The administration’s move to define gender biologically is causing hysteria among outspoken transgender activists and celebrities, protesting with the rallying cry of “We will not be erased!” After years of effort to promote transgenderism as a normal and even “in” and “cool” type of identity, deserving of broad protections and demanding respect bordering on that of a royal class, the bubble is being burst with a pierce of reality.

[T]he Department of Health and Human Services is spearheading an effort to establish a legal definition of sex under Title IX, the federal civil rights law that bans gender discrimination in education programs that receive government financial assistance.
The department argued in its memo that key government agencies needed to adopt an explicit and uniform definition of gender as determined “on a biological basis that is clear, grounded in science, objective and administrable.” The agency’s proposed definition would define sex as either male or female, unchangeable, and determined by the genitals that a person is born with, according to a draft reviewed by The Times. Any dispute about one’s sex would have to be clarified using genetic testing.
“Sex means a person’s status as male or female based on immutable biological traits identifiable by or before birth,” the department proposed in the memo, which was drafted and has been circulating since last spring. “The sex listed on a person’s birth certificate, as originally issued, shall constitute definitive proof of a person’s sex unless rebutted by reliable genetic evidence.”
The entire transgender legitimacy movement is a fabrication in which new vocabulary was introduced to glorify those who suffer from the psychiatric condition known as gender dysphoria. Although it has been sanitized to reflect political correctness and liberal values, the American Psychiatric Association’s classification of gender dysphoria treats the condition as a mental disorder; it is hard to avoid the inescapable scientific truth. Under President Obama, the federal government was directed to deny this truth and to treat those with gender dysphoria as really being of the sex they imagine they are, due to their disorder. Male teacher ordered to observe teen girl in shower
A male physical-education teacher in a Florida school district has been told he will be transferred to another school as discipline for not doing his job.
His job? “Walk into and supervise the locker room.” And why didn’t he?
There possibly was a teen girl showering there with the boys in her class.
Chasco Middle School in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, has drawn the attention of the non-profit legal group Liberty Counsel for adopting the transgender activist agenda.
Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, said the Pasco County School Board must “reign in these rogue school employees and administrators and reject their unauthorized LGBT policies and practices that violate parental and employee rights and the privacy rights of students.”
Liberty Counsel has written a letter to Cynthia Armstrong, chairman of the Pasco County School District Board, in response to an unwritten “policy” that allowed a girl to use the boys bathroom and required “others to refer to her with false gender pronouns ‘he’ and ‘him.’
Liberty Counsel said the school’s two P.E. teachers, identified as Robert O. and Stephanie C., objected to administrators’ orders “to allow the girl into the bathroom, with no forewarning of the boys, or their parents, so that the boys could take steps to protect their privacy.”
“Administrators told them that informing the boys so they could take steps to protect their privacy would be ‘discriminatory,’ and subject them to discipline,” Liberty Counsel said. Read the rest at World Net daily
Anatomy Does Not Determine Gender, Experts Say
Defining gender as a condition determined strictly by a person’s genitals is based on a notion that doctors and scientists abandoned long ago as oversimplified and often medically meaningless.
Researchers who have studied gender issues and provided health care to people who do not fit the typical M/F pigeonholes said that the Trump administration’s latest plan to define gender goes beyond the limits of scientific knowledge.
“The idea that a person’s sex is determined by their anatomy at birth is not true, and we’ve known that it’s not true for decades,” said Dr. Joshua D. Safer, an endocrinologist and executive director of the Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery at Mount Sinai Health System in New York. He is also president of the United States Professional Association of Transgender Health.
But exactly what does determine gender identity — a person’s powerful, core knowledge of who they are — is not so clear.
“We know that there is a significant, durable biological underpinning to gender identity,” Dr. Safer said. “What we don’t know are all of the biological factors at play that explain gender identity. As far as we in the mainstream biological-medical community understand it in 2018, it is hard-wired, it is biological, it is not entirely hormonal, and we do not have identified genes, so we cannot specifically say it is genetic.” Read more of the Lunacy at the NYT
Broadcast TV Hits Record Percentage of LGBTQ Regulars
For the first time in the history of GLAAD’s ‘Where We Are on TV’ report, LGBTQ characters of color also outnumber those that are white.
Broadcast television is enlisting a record percentage of LGBTQ characters and featuring those of color more often than those that are white for the first time in the 2018-19 television season, a report published Thursday found.
GLAAD’s annual Where We Are on TV report found that LGBTQ characters make up 8.8 percent of all regular characters this season, up 2.4 percent from the 2017-18 season. (Last season had previously held the record for largest percentage in the report’s 23-year history.)
Among those characters, 22 percent are black, 8 percent Latinx and 8 percent Asian Pacific Islander, which represents a historical high for black characters and a tie with last year’s findings on Latinx characters. LGBTQ broadcast characters have additionally reached gender parity, with women and men both accounting for 49.6 percent of characters; last year, men were in the clear majority, making up 55 percent of characters and women 44 percent.
Overall, LGBTQ regular and recurring characters on broadcast are posting a 31 percent increase from the 2017-18 season. Meanwhile, on primetime cable shows, the report found that LGBTQ characters have increased 20 percent, from 173 to 208 characters. On Netflix, Hulu and Amazon — the streaming platforms monitored by GLAAD — these characters have increased 72 percent from the previous year, jumping from 65 characters to 112. Read More here
Irish Politician Recommends Abortion Bill Read ‘Pregnant Person’ Instead of ‘Woman’ so as to Include Tranny’s
DUBLIN — A liberal politician in Ireland recently asserted that a proposed bill to legalize abortion in the country is problematic as it refers only to “women” being able to obtain an abortion, and suggested that the legislation should rather read “pregnant person” so as not to leave out women who identify as men or “non-binary.”
“The definition provided in the bill says ‘woman,’” Solidarity/People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy said before Parliament on Oct. 16. “And it’s ‘woman’ used throughout the course of the bill in terms of who can access abortion. It says, ‘Woman means a female person of any age.’”
He said that he found this language to pose an issue for “trans men,” that is, those who were born female but identify as male, as well as biological women who don’t feel like they fit into either gender.
“When read in conjunction with the Gender Recognition Act, [this] would create—seems to me—a real problem where trans men have the capacity to become pregnant, as do non-binary people,” Murphy remarked. “[U]nder a strict reading of [the Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy Bill they] would be unable to access abortion.”
He outlined that he would like to see “trans and non-binary inclusive language” in the abortion bill so that women who identify as men, or identify as neither gender, could be assured of their right to abortion as well. Murphy suggested that legislators should “simply replace ‘woman’ with ‘pregnant person’” throughout the bill. Read more at Christian News
Polish schools cancel LGBT tolerance day under government pressure
WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Several schools in Poland have canceled activities promoting tolerance for gays and lesbians following government pressure and threats in some places.
More than 200 schools had planned to take part in “Rainbow Friday,” an anti-discrimination event that a civic rights group, the Campaign Against Homophobia, had promoted in hopes of building greater acceptance for LGBT students .See more here
