Are God’s people once again going the way of King Saul?
Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

In 2008 God gave a deceived people what was demanded under the guise of hope and change. What we got was an ungodly Wolf in Sheep’s clothing that has done nothing to protect America. No, this current Ahab (Barrack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro ) has only a form of godliness (2nd Timothy chapter 3). He has in fact persecuted God’s people around the world and promoted Islam. You would think that people would learn their lesson and look to God and follow HIS leading. No so. Just like Israel of old they do not what the things of God!
Once again (like rebellious Israel), the masses are again demanding an ungodly ruler to be placed over us. We are being given a choice of a wicked Jezebel, namely Hillary Clinton (who reigned with her Ahab rapist husband Bill Clinton) on the one side, and another Saul, Donald Trump (an unsaved Rich Man) on the other. (At the time of this writing it looks as though Trump will be the republican nominee unless they kill him or fix the primary!) Update: Trump IS President.
“My dear Michael Cohen,” Wallnau states, referring to Trump’s attorney, “I am here with a group of people that are praying for and encouraging Mr. Donald Trump. These are the tribe; would you all encourage him!”
Then people then raised loud cheers for several seconds.
“God has given this man an anointing for the mantle of government in the United States and he will prosper,” Wallnau declares, the people then cheering again and clapping.”
Wallnau was among those present last month when over 30 members of the clergy met with Trump at his New York City tower and laid hands on him to pray for his potential presidency.
Prosperity preachers Kenneth Copeland, Paula White and TBN’s Jan Crouch were also present.
When false preachers and teachers, the prophets of Baal, flock to and give praise and endorsement, you had better sit up and take notice. You had better look into why they are doing so and run the other way!
Let me say this. After many weeks of listening to Donald Trump and what he says he will do if elected, I believe he MIGHT BE, let me say that again, MIGHT BE the only hope America has. The rest of the pack are mere window dressing just as Bob Dole was against Clinton, and McCain and Romney were against Obama! Who knows, the man could see the light of the true Gospel and get Born Again! At least we know where he stands in his statements about being saved that I wrote about. My choice was, and still is Rand Paul who they will not even mention. The rest of the pack is filled with Catholics and Apostate Evangelicals.
It could be that God will allow him to be elected to take a hard stand against the immigration problem and to shake some bad apples from the tree. That will result in more anger from the Globalists, Islam, illegal Mexicans, and the illegal O.T.M’s (other than Mexicans) that are here. It could be the trigger that causes literal racial war here in America. The Muslim in the White House and the Liberal media sure are trying to get it going! We can’t allow Wicked Jezebel Hillary Clinton to have control of this nation.
Why do I liken Donald Trump to King Saul? Let’s take a brief look at what Saul did. This quick synopsis come from Bible History.com
Saul was a weak and ineffective king who didn’t do much with his life except try to murder David, his son-in-law, despite David’s repeated expression of loyalty, because he knew David was destined to take his place one day on the throne. Saul’s hatred and insane jealousy for David made him fail as a king and Samuel regretted anointing him. Saul’s reign ended in disaster. He received no answer for his prayers, and even sought the help of a witch.
The battle that took place the next day at Gilboa was a bitter defeat for Israel, Saul himself was wounded, and he committed suicide by throwing himself on his own sword. Three of his sons, including Jonathan also died.
The greatest failure for Saul, the first king of Israel, was when he disobeyed God at Gilgal. The Philistines were encamped against Israel and Saul’s troops were deserting daily. The prophet Samuel had promised him that all would be well, only he must wait for God’s time. Samuel would come at the end of a week and would offer a sacrifice. Then Saul’s armies would have the victory. Saul impatiently went ahead and offered the sacrifice himself. No sooner had he finished than the prophet appeared. Saul had greatly sinned in officiating as a priest.
1 Sam 13:11-14 “And Samuel said, “What have you done?” And Saul said, “When I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that you did not come within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered together at Michmash, “then I said, ‘The Philistines will now come down on me at Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the LORD.’ Therefore I felt compelled, and offered a burnt offering.” And Samuel said to Saul, “You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the LORD your God, which He commanded you. For now the LORD would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. “But now your kingdom shall not continue. The LORD has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the LORD commanded you.”
“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” John Dalberg-Acton
Saul was basically out for himself as are most wealthy people. Like Saul, they desire power and will abuse that power. At one point, Saul actually repented and sought forgiveness for his sins. 1st Samuel 15:23-26 “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. 24 And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice. 25 Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD. 26 And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD hath rejected thee from being king over Israel.”
This is why I liken Donald Trump and others as Saul’s. I don’t believe they are “a man after His (God) own heart”. They are as 2nd Timothy 3:1-7 describes “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
We are in the “last days”, and for certain “perilous times” are here. Everything that verses 2 through 4 describe are taking place at this very moment like no other time in history. Well, perhaps the “days of Noah” would qualify to be the same.
We have had leaders for a very long time who “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof:” occupy the highest offices in America. It’s time for a David, although not perfect, will at least repent of his sins and those of the nation. Could God change Donald Trump and could he become somewhat a David? Please remember that David did evil and God cursed his house and family. That curse was the sword would always plague the linage of David.
Many said that Obama was the savior and look what we now have. God will give a nation what they deserve and right now we deserve a wicked ruler. How wicked will that ruler be is the question and the answer does not look promising! Yes, God can change people and only time will tell. Will it be a Saul or an Ahab?
