Star Trek Discovery: A far cry from the Original Series

According to a Christian Today article, “There’s no God in the Star Trek universe – and an exchange relayed by Entertainment Weekly confirms it.”

I am not going to post the exchange here because of the use of God’s name as profanity.  See the article here.

I would also like to say although I am a fan of Star Trek, mainly the Original Series (TOS), I have no use for the spin offs. I tolerated The Next Generation (TNG).  The movies based on the original series were OK, but you could tell they were getting more Progressive and Politically Correct. I was not even Born Again at that time and could see where it was going. I probably will not watch Discovery as I am sure it will be filled with homosexuals, lesbians, trannies and God hating innuendo!

The Telegraph writer goes on to say about Gene Roddenberry:
“Roddenberry’s atheism has long been acknowledged in the series, as the Daily Telegraph notes. In the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Who Watches the Watchers?, Captain Jean-Luc Picard is mistaken for a God by a primitive civilization and insists on telling them there is no God. ‘Millennia ago, they abandoned their belief in the supernatural,’ Picard says. ‘Now you are asking me to sabotage that achievement, to send them back into the dark ages of superstition and ignorance and fear? No.’

Roddenberry was raised as a Baptist but lost his faith as a teenager, once telling Humanist Magazine: ‘I guess from that time it was clear to me that religion was largely nonsense, largely magical, superstitious things. In my own teen life, I just couldn’t see any point in adopting something based on magic, which was obviously phony and superstitious.’

However, series fans have pointed out numerous examples in both the original and ‘Next Generation’ series in which religion is mentioned, often favorably.”

“Religion” is “Nonsense” because it comes from the mind of fallen man! True Christianity, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is NOT “Religion’!  When ignorant people figure that out, then the wolves will not be able to deceive the sheep! 2nd Corinthians 4:3-4  “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

A far cry from the Original Series!

All kind of issues were addressed in TOS and are to numerous to go into them all. The really taboo ones were left alone back then.  Not so in all of the other  spin offs.

If the claim of Atheism is true, then why did Roddenberry allow the “Son of God”, clearly referring to Jesus Christ who Kirk mentions, to be spoken in the second season? See this clip of the ending  the Original Series, “Bread and Circuses

Granted, there is a lot of new age crap and Witchcraft, (Catspaw episode) in the Original Star Trek Series and I am not defending it. If you are a fan of TOS, you know there are numerous references to God, the Creator of the Universe. In fact, in one episode “Who Mourns for Adonais?” it is revealed that Apollo, Zeus, the Greek gods are false gods.

In this clip Kirk says “mankind has no need for gods. We find the ONE quite Adequate”

It is obvious that Gene Roddenberry did not have knowledge of scripture and who the Evil One, Satan, Lucifer is. Spock, who resembles Satan, is called the servant of the “Evil One”! Wrong!

In the episode “Omega Glory” there is a scene where Spock is portrayed as the servant of the evil one , Kirk as his master! Captain Tracy, who opposes Captain Kirk twists reality like so many do today. Isaiah 5:20 “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”  Watch this clip:

Star Trek the Next Generation did remove God. It,  along with all the other spin offs, focus on Humanistic Psychology and  push the idea that indeed Aliens are our creators. Seems every SyFy show that comes out makes this the gospel, the gospel of Hellywood!

We did however see other taboo issues. Like the first kiss between the races! William Shatner, (Captain Kirk) and Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) in the episode “Plato’s Step Children“, (another instance exposing false gods) were forced to embrace which produced a TV first!.

We have not left the planet, but people are going where “no man has gone before”!

“To boldly go where no MAN has gone before” was changed to “boldly go where no ONE has gone before” to appease the transhunamists and to be gender neutral!

“Where no man has gone before” is a phrase made popular through its use in the title sequence of the original Star Trek science fiction television series, describing the mission of the starship Enterprise. The complete introductory speech, spoken by William Shatner at the beginning of each episode, is:

Space: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.

This speech began every episode of the series except the two pilot episodes: “The Cage” (which preceded Shatner’s involvement) and “Where No Man Has Gone Before”. It was also used to introduce episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, but with the phrase “Its five-year mission” changed to “Its continuing mission” and the final phrase changed to the gender neutral “where no one has gone before”. The Continuing Mission is to Embrace the LGBT  and  TransHuman Agenda

William Shatner (Captain Kirk) has come out to condemn the transgender issue. He and George Takei (Sulu) have been at odds for years over the Homosexual issue. George is a Homosexual, but we never did see homosexuals being celebrated on TOS! We do in all of the other spin offs.

See: Homosexual Sulu still under mind control and being influenced by the Demon Landru

Cartoonist Ben Garrison uses the episode “The Trouble with Tribbles” as the basis of this cartoon.

Quote from Ben Garrison’s blog where the above cartoon “The Trouble with Trannies” resides:

“Recently William Shatner has been under attack by SJWs, feminists who hate men and what he calls “snowflakes.” The latter are young people who are also known as, ‘crybullies.’ They invent or imagine micro-aggressions and slights and exaggerate them into major offenses. President Trump faces such outrage from the feminists, SJWS and snowflakes on a daily basis. They flew into a flurry when he decreed that transexuals don’t belong in the military. Do we really need such distractions inflicted upon people who fighting for our country? It’s bad enough they aren’t installing urinals for sailors on new aircraft carriers. They don’t want to offend female sailors or something. What’s next—flying the rainbow flags on ships?

If a person insisted he was Napoleon, he was once sent to an insane asylum. Now he roams free. That’s fine by me, but when politicians drum up hate speech laws and insist I call him Napoleon or be considered a ‘hater,’ that’s where I draw the line. I will not praise these mentally ill people. Neither would Captain Kirk.”    I have not inquired, but I am sure the reference to “Furry” in the cartoon refers to the wacko’s who pretend to be animals and are called “Furries”. See info here.

The Mission of  the Hellywood script writers continues to this day. Not only in the Star Trek series, but in almost 100% of EVERYTHING that is produced! What is that Mission? To kick the Living God out of the mind of MAN and become gods. To promote every form or perversion and Iniquity, and to make sure the vast majority who are made in God’s image are doomed to Hell. That folks is the mission of the Luciferians!
